Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pullu mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Pullu is a digital utility that transforms camera roll photos or live captures into digital artifacts, stamps, and short-form videos. The application is provided "as is" and operates primarily on a local-first system.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Submissions and Content

The App processes your photos and location data strictly on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, render, export, and distribute (whether to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other digital spaces). You agree not to use the App to process illegal, offensive, or infringing material.

4. Premium Services

Certain features of the App are available only via an In-App Purchase (IAP) or Subscription ("Premium Tier"). Premium unlocks advanced features such as watermark removal, complex perforations, and premium filters. Subscriptions are billed directly through the App Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

The aesthetic, design language, code, graphics (excluding user-imported photos), audio files, and algorithms used within the App are the intellectual property of Pullu. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software or design elements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pullu and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, or any data loss.
